Too good for the fridge? Or not good enough?
Doesn’t matter. Not On The Fridge is a new drawing brief every day, for people who want to draw more and worry less. Some drawings here have outgrown the fridge door. Some never made it there. Both count.
What’s a brief?
More than one word. Each brief is a little recipe: a place, a subject, a mood, a few objects, a colour rule. It lands at midnight, and it’s the same for everyone, so you can see how two hundred people drew the same sleeping fox.
Every brief is free to read and print. No account needed.

Dada, a walrus and a very cold war
Nobody has explained why the deckchair is made of spoons. The walrus is not talking.
Draw a walrus on a deckchair in a pavilion by the sea, set in the Cold War, in the style of Dada.
Four depths, same brief
Beginners and old hands get the same brief at different depths. Switch any time, even halfway through.
